Yes, meals are included for all ACCELER8IT participants. This includes:

The ACCELER8IT conference is just around the corner, so we’re sharing a short list of things worth bringing with you — to stay comfortable and ready, whether during sessions, networking evenings, or morning activities.

🎤 For the conference:

– Headphones (wired or wireless) – listen to the AI translation of JOIN stage talks into English in the conference app.

Yes, conference Wi-Fi will be available on-site. You’ll find the network name and password clearly displayed at the venue to help you connect easily.

Yes. A free cloakroom will be available for all participants, located on the ground floor of the hotel, next to the reception. You can leave your outerwear and small personal items there during the conference.

The organizer does not provide accommodation – you book it yourself. However, we have negotiated special rates for ACCELER8IT participants at five hotels on Wyspa Spichrzów (details in the next question).
